Mr. Salman Hassan Al Afaleq

Chairman of the Board of Directors Tamweel-aloula. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1987) and is a partner and board member of Al-Kifah Holding Company and Al-Kifah Education Company. He was also a member of the Credit and Risk Committee at Tamweel-aloula Company and chairs Al-Kifah Precast Concrete, Building Materials, Paper Products, Green Company, and Infection Control Company. He is actively involved in community service as vice chairman of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Committee and board member of several charitable organizations.

Mr. Adel Mallawi

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tamweel-aloula, with over 28 years of management experience, having held several leadership positions in several banks and financial institutions, including Head of Investment, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Global Markets at Bank Saudi Fransi. A certified executive with a diploma from GCCBDI, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sakan Mortgage Finance Company, Board Member and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Allianz Saudi Fransi, Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of SNS, Member of the Investment Committee of Umm Al-Qura University, Member of the Executive and Audit Committee of Saudi Fransi Capita (SFC) and Chairman of the Risk Committee of Tuwaiq.

Mr. Saleh Hassan Al Afaleq

Managing Director – Member of the Executive Committee of Tamweel-aloula and Board Member of Al-Kifah Holding. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Seattle Pacific University. He has held several management positions during his career, including Chairman of Al-Ahsa Chamber, Vice Chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers and a member of the Shura Council. He is currently a board member of Noor Capital, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and a board member of Takween Advanced Industries.

Mr. Giel-Jan M. Van Der Tol

Member of the Board of Directors – Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee – Member of the Credit and Risk Committee at Tamweel-aloula. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Nyenoord University of Business Administration and obtained a master’s degree from Thunderbird School of International Management. He has extensive experience in bank management as he held several management and managing director positions in several banks, including Al Awwal Bank (formerly Saudi Holland Bank) and ABN AMRO Bank. He has served as Executive Committee Member, CEO and Managing Director of Emirates NBD, CEO of Bank of Dubai, as well as CEO of Terre One Capital.

Mr. Ibrahim Saleh Aldakheel

Member of the Board of Directors – Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Tamweel-aloula. An experienced Governance executive in both corporate, public sector, and board governance. Currently the Executive Director of Governance in Health Holding Co. and a member of Nominations & Remunerations Committee in a listed company. He previously held a leadership role in the Ministry of Culture Governance, Risk and Compliance Deputyship, and also within the Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio companies governance team, in addition to various roles in the domain of Human Resources at large entities such as AXA Cooperative Insurance, Bank Saudi Fransi, and Saudi Binladin. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University Boston and various certifications in governance, risk and compliance, and leadership development.
