Registering a complaint and sending you a text message with the complaint number.
Processing the complaint will be resolved within 10 business days
You will be contacted by the customer care officer for notification of the result and solution of your complaint
Once the complaint is closed, a text message will be sent to evaluate the process.

Our goal is to deal with what is bothering you to the best of our ability.

In case we don’t come to an agreement, you have the option to escalate the matter to the Saudi central bank.
